Overlooking the Venetian lagoon and facing the San Michele Cemetery, this luxury villa redefines contemporary luxury: not through opulence, but through atmosphere, perception, and spatial intrigue.
This concept materializes through a delicate interplay of transparency and opacity, where veils of translucent materials, curtains, and sliding panels create an ever-shifting architectural landscape. Spaces reveal themselves in fragments - partially obscured, subtly suggested, yet never fully disclosed. This dynamic fosters a sense of curiosity and desire, transforming movement through the villa into a sensory journey of discovery. At its heart, a vast central patio anchors the home, enveloped by glass concrete walls that enhance openness and fluidity. Flanking this core, two solid Istrian stone volumes provide a sense of seclusion, their monolithic presence softened by internal courtyards that filter light from above.
By reinterpreting privacy, exclusivity, and spatial hierarchy, this villa crafts an experience of duality, balancing openness with intimacy, revelation with secrecy and therefore offering an architecture that is both inviting and enigmatic.
